Tiramisu Overnight Oats- Low calorie, high protein breakfast idea

Just another high protein, low calorie breakfast idea for you guys!

✨Tiramisu overnight oats✨

41g of protein in this bad boi 🥵🥵

Recipe:
– 40g oats
– 1 scoop/35g protein (vanilla/choc etc)
– 1/2 tbs chia seeds
– 1/2 tbs sweetener
– 1/2 tbs cocoa powder or hot choc powder
– 1 shot of espresso
– 90ml almond milk

Mix and chill overnight

The next day assemble your “tiramisu”
– I use 130g vanilla yogurt

I put one layer of the oats, then yogurt etc till you fill your jar, then top with more cocoa powder or sf hot choc powder and enjoy 🥰
