This Soft banana cookie is easy to make, even kids can do this too. it’s very easy and quick Snack. My kids love this so much because its banana taste on this cookies and aroma of banana is rich,
You dont need cake flour or all purpose flour and even baking powder,in this delicious cookies, because we are going to use Hotcake mix.

You can make this in 3 ingredients only!
120 gram banana (バナナ)
40 g unsalted butter or margarine/ oil
無塩バター/油/マーガリン
150g Hot cake mix
( ホットケーキミックス)
choc chip. ( optional)
チョコチップ (お好みで)
pre heat oven at 170’C bake at 15 mins
170’C 米津 ( 15分焼く)
