00:38 卵1個を入れ、粉っぽさが無くなるまで混ぜます
01:05 ラップに軽く包み、麵棒等で7～8㎜に伸ばし冷凍庫で15分。
01:55 クッキングシートにのせ、180℃に予熱したオーブンで25分焼く
02:40 黒糖140gと水60gを混ぜ、レンジ600w30秒加熱し、よく混ぜる
03:12 冷めた生地をカットして、黒糖液に浸し、クッキングシートにのせます。残った黒糖液はハケなどで黒棒に塗り、乾燥させます。
04:11 お好みで黒糖を振り、完成です。

[3 ingredients, easy, everyone loves black sticks! 】Kuronbo, a famous Kyushu confectionery. Use hotcake mix. The handmade black stick has a gentle taste.

② Add 150g of pancake mix and 50g of brown sugar and mix well.
③ Add 1 egg and mix until it’s no longer powdery
④ Lightly wrap in plastic wrap, stretch to 7-8 mm using a rolling pin, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
⑤ Place on a cooking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 25 minutes.
⑥ Mix 140g of brown sugar and 60g of water, heat in the microwave at 600w for 30 seconds, and mix well.
⑦ Cut the cooled dough, soak it in the brown sugar solution, and put it on the cooking sheet. Brush the remaining brown sugar solution onto the black stick and let it dry.
⑧ Sprinkle with brown sugar to your liking and you’re done!
