Cake flour: 150g (1 ¼ cups) — about 0.33 lbs
Baking powder: 4g (1 tsp) — about 0.009 lbs
A pinch of vanilla powder

Baking:
I used a 21 x 10 cm (about 8 x 4 inches) loaf pan.

Preheat the oven:
Gas oven: 180°C (about 355°F)
Electric oven: 165°C (about 330°F)
