prep Ganache the day before.
you will need 24oz of semi sweet chocolate chips in a bowl.

in a microwave safe container heat 2cups of heavy cream with 2TBS butter
heat until very hot and steaming but not boiling..

pour over chocolate and whisk until smooth and add a splash of vanilla extract.
you can refrigerate over night but I just covered and let it sit on my counter.

  2. It's so beautiful, and i know it tastes good. I love banana 🍌 cake 🎂. Wish I could bake and decorate a cake like u. This intimidates me so lol!
