Here is the recipe of Scones

Ingredients:

300g cake flour
50g granulated sugar
one pinch of salt
10g baking powder
100g unsalted butter
80g whisked egg
45g milk

I divided the dough into two equal amount, and the half is for plain scones and the left is chocolate chips scones.

小麦粉３００g
グラニュー糖　５０g
塩ひとつまみ
ベーキングパウダー　１０g
無塩バター　１００g
溶き卵　８０g
牛乳　４５g

今回は半分をそのままプレーンで、残りの半分はチョコレートチップを入れてチョコチップスコーンにしてみました。
