こんにちは！今回は以前からリクエストいただいていた米粉の焼きドーナツのプレーンバージョンを作りました🍩
材料をグルグル混ぜて型に流すだけのとっても簡単なレシピです♪
20分で焼き上がり、そのまま召し上がってもいいですしトッピングをしても美味しいです♡
ラップに包み冷蔵庫で少し冷やすとしっとりして美味しいですよ☺️チョコもパリッとしてオススメです🍫🤍
【材料】ダイソーのドーナツ型 6個分
卵 1個（約50〜55g）
砂糖 45g
油 30g
豆乳 50g（牛乳で代用可）
米粉（共立 米の粉）80g※
アーモンドプードル 25g
ベーキングパウダー 2g
（トッピング）
ミルクチョコやホワイトチョコを使いました。
※米粉の種類によって吸水率や吸油率が違うため調整が必要な場合があります。
※アーモンドプードルは米粉や片栗粉で代用が可能ですが、味や食感は大きく異なります。
アーモンドプードルによってコクや香りが楽しめます。

【保存方法】
すぐに食べないものはラップに包んで乾燥しないように保存してください。

[Materials] 6 Daiso donut molds
1 egg (about 50-55g)
45g sugar
30g oil
50g soy milk (can be substituted with milk)
Rice flour (Kyoritsu rice flour) 80g*
Almond poodle 25g
baking powder 2g
*Adjustment may be necessary as the water absorption rate and oil absorption rate vary depending on the type of rice flour.
*Almond flour can be substituted with rice flour or potato starch, but the taste and texture will be significantly different.

[How to save]
If you are not going to eat it right away, wrap it in plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out.
