（日本語）Japanese-Style Egg McMuffins (Imagawayaki) | エッグマックマフィン入り今川焼き

Imagawayaki are stuffed pancakes that are traditionally filled with red bean paste or custard. They are made in an Imagawayaki pan, and the batter is like a pancake batter consistency. I actually hadn’t heard of them before a lovely subscriber requested these, so I thought that I would turn these into a slightly Westernized dish so that you all could get familiar with the taste and technique while enjoying the familiar flavours of egg, ham and cheese! If you feel like being a bit adventurous, try some other fillings like veggies, cubes of cheese, tuna or even some chestnuts or red bean paste!
今川焼きに餡やカスタードが普通に入っています。今川焼き器で作って、生地はホットケーキミックスと近いです！登録者さんがリクエストした前に今川焼きは何かと知りませんでしたので、皆さんがよく分かる卵、ハムとチーズの味を使って、洋風にしました！野菜、チーズ、ツナや栗などの他の中身を入れてみて、楽しみましょう！
