バナナケーキ３回目 完成→粉の分量
粉がホットケーキミックスだけだとその味になっちゃうけど、薄力粉いれたらホットケーキミックス感が少なくなりました。
ホットケーキミックスが60g、薄力粉が40gが美味しい気がします。
バナナが大きさとかも関係するかもですが完熟過ぎてると、水分が増えるのかな？
ちょっと固いと水分が少ない感じがしました。
バナナによって水分かたまご追加してもいいかも。

Banana cake for the 3rd time
If the flour is just pancake mix, it tastes like that, but if I add flour, it tastes less like pancake mix.
I think 60g of pancake mix and 40g of flour tastes good.
It may have something to do with the size of the bananas, but if the bananas are overripe, I wonder if the water content will increase.
If the bananas are a little too firm, I felt there was not enough water in the batter.
Depending on the banana, you may want to add more water or an egg.
