_Ingredients for Base Dough_

Softened Butter 200 g
Brown sugar 200 g
White sugar 100 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Flour 460 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp

_Additional Ingredients for Lemon Cookies_

Ground turmeric 1 tsp (or replace with 1 tsp flour)
White chocolate 150 g
Zest of 1 lemon

_Additional Ingredients for Cinnamon Cookies_

Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
Milk chocolate 150 g

_Additional Ingredients for Hazelnut Cookies_

Cocoa powder 2 tsp
Hazelnuts 70 g
Dark chocolate 80 g

_For Decoration (optional)_

White chocolate 20 g
Milk chocolate 20 g
Dark chocolate 20 g

🔷 *Step 1.*

In a large bowl, beat together 200 g softened butter, 200 g brown sugar, 100 g white sugar, 2 eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until the mixture is creamy and thick.

Sift in 460 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and ½ tsp salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.

🔷 *Step 2.*

Divide the dough into 3 equal parts (about 360 g each) and flavor them:

🔸 *Lemon Cookies:* add 1 tsp ground turmeric. Mix until fully combined.

🔸 *Cinnamon Cookies:* add 1 tsp ground cinnamon. Mix until fully combined.

🔸 *Hazelnut Cookies:* add 2 tsp cocoa powder. Mix until fully combined.

🔷 *Step 3.*

Chop all chocolate and grate the lemon zest, then add:

🔸 *Lemon Cookies:* 150 g white chocolate + zest of 1 lemon

🔸 *Cinnamon Cookies:* 150 g milk chocolate

🔸 *Hazelnut Cookies:* 70 g hazelnuts + 80 g dark chocolate

Mix each dough gently but thoroughly.

🔷 *Step 4.*

Form 6 balls from each flavor (18 balls total), each about 85 g.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for *10–12 minutes.* Don’t overbake — they should stay soft inside.

🔷 *Step 5.*

Let cookies cool completely.

For decoration, place 20 g of each chocolate (white, milk, dark) into pastry bags.

Submerge the bags in hot water to melt the chocolate.

Cut a small tip from each bag and drizzle over the cookies.
