How to make Japanese curry/いちから作るグルテンフリーカレー/Vegan/Gluten free/本編/Full version/無添加シンプルカレーの作り方

Namaste ! I’m Akiko
Welcome to Namaste Kitchen
I would like to introduce you to Japanese curry.

Japanese curry is completely different than the Indian Curry but just as Indians love their Chai the Japanese curry is widely popular and we can’t have enough of it !

However, the Japanese do not make these curries from spices. For the final touch, put a commercially available roux in a pan to complete it. However, vegetarians, vegans, and people with gluten allergies cannot eat this roux. Therefore, I will share with you how to make additive-free Japanese curry that anyone can eat with peace of mind. And I want you to make it at home in India.

I chose the simplest way to make curry this time, but if they aren’t vegan, gluten-free or vegetarian, they can make it even more delicious !

My wish is to make your daily life a happy table with homemade food !
手料理でハッピーな食卓を。

Namaste everyone! I am Akiko
ナマステ。元パン職人【OLIVE CROWN】あきこです。
Fascinated by Indian spices, I started living in India in 2018. There is a series of surprises beyond imagination, which can be described as “every day I continue to ride all types of attractions in the amusement park !
インドスパイスに魅了され、2018年からインド生活を開始しました。そこには想像以上の驚きの連続で、例えると『アミューズメントパークのあらゆるタイプのアトラクションに乗り続けている毎日』なスリル感がいっぱいです!

“Ah, I’m still alive today, that’s what it means to live,” I learn a lot while being protected by the country of India. And I experienced lockdown and got closer to the core India.

My program freely introduces the food, culture, and region of the real India and Japan that I felt like a Japanese.

  2. This recipe is just awesome Akiko…!!! 😍😍😍 But I have a few questions… Why are the potatoes different in color??? Are those different varieties of potatoes? Have you Indianized the recipe??? Because, it looks a little like the how we prepare the curry base by frying ginger and garlic and then sauteing the onions and tomatoes… If it's not, then it's a great thing to know that it looks very much similar to Indian curries…!!! I simply loved the recipe and I will prepare it and try and let you know…!!! Cheers…!!!😍☺️😍☺️😍
