The Best Chocolates Chips Cookies Recipe / Chewy and Slightly Crispy Edges
This is easy chocolate chips cookies recipe. Have soft and chewy with a slightly crispy edges.
Ingredients:
Unsalted Butter – 225g (soft)
Brown sugar – 220g
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Eggs – 2 Large
Flour – 270g
Baking pawder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Chocolate chips – 250g
Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl, then add eggs and butter, make sure to soften the butter early by taking it out of the fridge. Stir until well combined. Then add chocolate chips gradually and slowly fold until they are evenly distributed to the dough. Once the cookie dough is finished its time for portion and size the dough. Used a measuring scoop to ensure that all cookies are the same sizes. Place them evenly apart on a baking sheet and bake in pre – heated oven at 170°C for 35 – 40 minutes.
Remove cookies to the oven when they are just barely starting to turn brown and let cool for few minutes. Served and Enjoy 😉
