Healthy Dessert Idea: 5-ingredient Strawberry Chocolate Mousse Bites🤩

Ingredients:
1 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (240 ml)
2 – 3 tablespoons cacao powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup / honey or a few drops of stevia
strawberries, sliced
80 g dark chocolate
1 teaspoon coconut oil

1. Mix the Greek yogurt, cacao powder and maple syrup together
2. Dip the strawberry slices in the yogurt mixture and place them on a plate lined with parchment paper
3. Let set in the freezer for 1 – 1 1/2 hours
4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave with the coconut oil
5. Dip the bites in the chocolate. The chocolate will harden quickly since the bites are frozen. Let them defrost for a few minutes before eating☺️
