When I created this golden poundake recipe, it became really popular around my family and then I gave it to you guys. So, let me teach you how to make it. In a bowl of a stand mixer, we’re going to cream together butter, cream cheese, sour cream. We’re going to beat this till it becomes homogeneous and it’s light in color and it’s fluffy like this. And then we’re going to add in our already beaten eggs along with our vanilla extract. I’m doing this because I want that crust on the outside of our poundake to be super golden. And then we’re going to add in our flour. And we’re going to mix that just until it becomes homogeneous. And then we’re going to add this to a bun pan. We’re going to bake this on 325 for about an hour and 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Make sure you’re checking. And look at that crust on it.
