Hello there. So, I’m sharing today what my protein shake looks like. I won’t get into detail detail, but I have a handful of all of my favorite fruits. I have a handful of pre-washed strawberries. I’ve already put almond milk in there. I have a half of an apple. An apple a day helps keep the doctor away. Whatever. But I got a half of it. I have a handful of raspberries pre-washed. I have a handful of blueberries pre-washed. I really love lime. It adds some nice flavor. So, I’ve got a whole lime and I’ve kept the uh skin on it. And then a half of a banana. I already have a little bit of watermelon juice in it. Just a very, very little bit. And I add some peanut butter just for some flavor and a little bit of protein. But the primary reason for this video is to share with you the protein that I like to use. It is by Truvana and it has very little ingredients in it. It only has, it says three ingredients. They have several different brands, but get the one that has little ingredients in it. Got to have that protein for the muscles. [Music] [Music]
