【材料】

強力粉 250g
砂糖 20g
塩 3g
ドライイースト 3g
牛乳 160g
卵 1個
バター 15g

(フィリング)
クリームチーズ 115g ※少し多かったです
グラニュー糖 20g
マーマレードジャム

(塗り用)
牛乳
グラニュー糖

【作り方】
1.ホームベーカリーで生地を捏ねる(一次発酵)
2.クリームチーズとグラニュー糖を混ぜる
3.生地を丸め常温で15分おく(ベンチタイム)
4.生地を36㎝×45㎝に伸ばす
5.生地を6等分し、フィリングを塗る
6.生地を三つ編みに成形する
7.常温で40−60分おく(二次発酵)
8.オーブンを予熱する
9.牛乳を塗り、グラニュー糖をふる
10.オーブン190℃/375℉で25分焼く

  3. これね成形が大変でしたね😅ちゃんと長いし三つ編みにする予定がフィリング出ちゃったりして私のは最終的にねじねじにしてパン型に入れちゃい誤魔化しました(爆笑)でもふわふわで美味しく焼けてたからこれでよしって感じです
