抹茶の生シフォンを作ってみた
ふわふわの抹茶風味のシフォンケーキに生クリームをたっぷり詰めてみました。
マフィン型から焼けたシフォンケーキを出している間に焼き縮んでしまいました。
今度作るときには焼き縮みしないように工夫したいと思います。
