Today I’ll be eating sweets from Châteraisé’s Shine Muscat Fair 2025♪ Right now I’m having the Premium Shortcake with Nagano Purple and Yamanashi Shine Muscat. The crisp texture of the grapes is amazing! The cake is moist and fluffy. Eating muscat shortcake in autumn really makes me feel like autumn has come. It was such a delicious shortcake♪ This is the Square Shortcake with Yamanashi Shine Muscat. Inside are strawberries, pear in syrup, and yellow peach in syrup, along with Shine Muscat♡ Oh, fruity. With the muscat too. As expected, it’s even better when eaten with muscat♡ Compared to the previous cake, this one has more sponge and feels lighter. But the portion is bigger and well balanced. I love how much muscat there is♡ You can feel some of the fruit’s texture too. This is the Fruit Parfait with Yamanashi Shine Muscat. Super juicy Shine Muscat♡ This one is refreshing. It has such a strong lemon aroma. It’s moist, refreshing, and so smooth to eat. Is this texture from aloe? This is the Whipped Cream Daifuku with Yamanashi Shine Muscat. So delicious I can’t help but take another bite♡ I eat this every year, I really love it♡ A simple taste of muscat, red bean, whipped cream, and mochi. And it’s only 183 yen including tax, that’s my favorite point♡ If you like daifuku and muscat, please try it♪ This is “Shun no Shizuku” with Yamanashi Shine Muscat. The muscat is wrapped in kuzumanju and it’s so jiggly♡ Underneath is crushed muscat jelly with wine and slightly sour syrup. This is delicious! This is the Fruit Bombe Cake with Yamanashi Shine Muscat. It has Shine Muscat mousse, grape mousse, and apple jelly sauce inside. Such a stylish taste! The grape mousse is delicious. I love both grapes and mousse♪ Grape mousse isn’t easy to find, so I’m happy. Recommended for people who like both muscat and grapes♪ The last bite! This is the Premium Fraisier with Yamanashi Shine Muscat. It’s combined with pear jelly. This is very moist♡ It’s a fruit mix with pear. There are so many Shine Muscat cakes, but each has its own unique taste♪ Personally, I especially liked the first shortcake♡ This is the Fluffy Roll with Yamanashi Shine Muscat. As the name says, fluffy. A simple and delicious roll cake with big Shine Muscat inside♪ You don’t usually imagine muscat with fresh cream. But it’s so good, and I look forward to Châteraisé releasing it in autumn♡ Châteraisé’s Shine Muscat Fair is an annual tradition♪ My drink is milk. This is the Shine Muscat Almond Tofu. The muscat sauce is so refreshing♡ Sweet and sour, and it matches almond tofu perfectly♡ I wish every almond tofu came with this muscat sauce. This is the Shine Muscat Mochi (3 pieces) from Yamanashi. Shine Muscat is wrapped in gyuhi mochi♡ The sparkling part is powdered oblate and sugar. It’s just muscat and mochi without red bean, and that’s great♡ The mochi has a faint sweetness. But the muscat is even sweeter♡ Finally, the Rare Cheesecake Tart with Yamanashi Shine Muscat. One slice is for my family. I’ll just bite into mine♪ How delicious this is. The muscat is crisp, the rare cheese cream is creamy, and the tart is crispy♪ Both the texture and taste combination are perfect♡ It looks gorgeous, but it’s even more delicious and doesn’t disappoint. I bought all the varieties with courage, and they were all so good, I’m happy. Today I didn’t cover all, but most of them.
