今夜、この20分でできる、ほっこりするクッキーを作ろう(小さくて、歯ごたえがあって、完璧)

[Music] All right, I have 2/3 cup of butter softened and 2/3 cup of brown sugar. I’m going to beat this together until it is light and fluffy. Now, I’m going to add two eggs. All right. Now, in this bowl, I’m going to do 1 and 1/2 cups of oats. I’m going to do 1 and 1/2 cups of flour and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. [Music] [Music] I also forgot a half teaspoon of salt. My salt is pink, so that’s that’s why I’m about to throw some pink stuff in. All right. Now, I’m going to take this mix and add it to this mix. I’m going to do it half and half. It doesn’t say to do it like pour half, but I’m going to pour half, mix it, and then pour in the other half cuz that’s just I think it’ll work better. Now, I’m doing this based on request. This is not this isn’t part of the recipe. My request from my husband was, “Can you do a couple cookies with just oats and the white chocolate chips?” And my answer was yes. So, I’m going to mix in 2/3 cup of the white chocolate chips and then roll out a couple cookies um with just white chocolate chips. And then I will throw in the craisins after. Now, I did six cookies just like this. And it calls for a cup of cranberry cranberries. Craisins calls for a cup of craisins. I’m going to do just shy of a cup since I took some of the dough out. You know, I think that makes sense. So, I’m going to do just shy of a cup. All right, the The oven is set at 375 and I’m going to put these in for about 11 minutes and then we’ll let them cool on a wire rack. Um, supposedly it’s going to make two dozen. So, that’s fantastic. Stop acting like you haven’t already had one or two. I don’t know how many you’ve had. Mhm. Mhm. I think they’re good. All right, I like that they’re small, actually. Do you prefer Now they could see Calvin in the background almost. Do you prefer raisins or craisins? I think they’re both good. Yeah. Do you remember my one complaint from yesterday? You want to add cinnamon? Yep. I think it needs cinnamon. That recipe doesn’t have cinnamon and I think it needs some cinnamon or some nutmeg or something a little spicy in there. It’s cookie. I’m not sure if I can really tell the difference between a raisin and a crain. These might be just like a bit more sweet. I feel like crains are a little more tart cuz cranberries are a little more tart. Texture is the same. Mhm. I think I don’t know. The color is different, but the texture is the same. Yeah. I don’t taste a little bit more sweet, but that’s just me. Do you Do you like them? Clearly. Would you ask for them again? Yeah, they were actually really easy. I would make them again for sure. Um yeah, it’s better than just like a regular like um oatmeal raisin. I like the white chocolate in them. What if I took oatmeal raisin and added white chocolate to those? Be the same. It probably be the same. I mean, I don’t know. You’d have to do it side by side or make another batch sometime and let me eat it and see. I could have sworn I had raisins downstairs. I could have sworn I had raisins, but I don’t I don’t think. You just got to clean everything up and see. Yeah, I know. Um, do you have anything else to add? Nope. Nothing at all. Oh, you need to clean your lens. It looks really dirty. I do need to clean my lens, but you can’t see it on the screen. So, I can see it. I know. There’s like something on the camera, too. Is there? Mhm. Yeah, probably. Now, now I’m over here. You moved the whole camera. Yeah. And they’re going to get dizzy now. No, they’d get dizzy if I really started. Okay. Do you remember the next video? Cake. Yeah. Amordo cake for my birthday. Super excited. For the cake, not my birthday. Anyway, Jonathan will definitely see you in the next video cuz he’s going to help with the cake. Um, so, um, yeah, we’ll we’ll see you guys in the next video. Okay, bye. [Music]
