ダブルチョコレートマフィン

Right, folks. Let’s make some double chocolate muffins. Bowl. I’ve got 100 g of white granulated sugar, followed by 100 g of soft dark brown sugar. Two medium to large eggs. Whisk. That’s grand. I’ve got 100 ml of sunflower oil. You can also use vegetable oil, any neutral oil. You can also use unsalted butter butter. That’s up to yourself. Okay. Here as well, I’ve got 250 ml of buttermilk. You can also use regular milk. You can use some uh yogurt, too. Just tin it out with some uh with some regular milk. Whatever you have, whatever you want. Gives a bit of flavor to it. Two teaspoons of vanilla extract. Put this to the side. Here I’ve got 350 g of plain flour, followed by 65 g of unsweetened cocoa powder. I’ve got 2 tesp of baking powder and half a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda. We want to add a pinch of salt to this sie. Whisk again. Just gently incorporate this. You don’t want to over mix. Beautiful chocolate batter here. We’re going to add in some chocolate chips. I’ve got 200 gram of semieet chocolate chips. Beautiful cases. I made these. You can find it on the YouTube channel or you can buy some. All right. I’m just going to use a spoon here. Divide this evenly amongst the 12. Okay. Okay, now we’re going to finish off with some chocolate chips. I’ve got about 50 to 60 g here on top. The oven is preheated to 210° C. Conventional oven. I’m going to bake them for 5 minutes, drop the temperature to 190, and we’re going to give them a further 15 minutes. All right, in we go. Right, they look absolutely beautiful. We’re going to let these cool and get ourselves a cup of coffee. Happy days. Look at that beautiful moist. Open it up inside. Wa! Look at them. Absolutely amazing inside. This is a new video that I made today and I’ve also tweaked the recipe a bit. It’s perfect now. Definitely one for the book 😉

Preheat the oven to 210C Conventional oven and get 12 tulip muffin cases ready in a standard muffin tin

Recipe

100g white sugar
100g soft dark brown sugar
2 med/large eggs
100ml sunflower oil
250ml of buttermilk
2tsp vanilla extract
350g of plain flour
65g of cocoa powder
2tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of Bicarbonate of soda
pinch of salt
200g of semisweet choc chips
50g choc chips to go on top

Bake for 5 minutes at 210C. This helps them to dome over in the center. Afterwards drop the temperature to 190C and bake for a further 15 minutes 👌🏻
