ミニシナモンロールパンプキンパイ | 簡単秋のデザート🍂🥧
Thanksgiving, Halloween, Christmas are just around the corner. So, come with me so I can show you how to make these delicious cinnamon roll mini pumpkin pies. First thing we’re going to need is a muffin tin. Now, we’re going to spray only eight of the cavities because I’m just using one roll today. Now, we set this aside. Then, you’re going to need one package of Pillsbury cinnamon rolls, just the regular ones. I actually got these on sale, so this recipe is going to be super cheap. Now, we’re going to take our rolling pin and just gently thin them out a little bit. I’ll show you once I’m done. Now, this is how you want them. Now we bring back our muffin tin. And you just want to place these into the cavities here. And gently just spread them a little bit. Make sure you don’t tear them though. Make sure when you’re spreading them up along the sides that there’s no air pockets on the base. So, just keep spreading it carefully. Now, we’re going to place these into our preheated oven at 350° F. And we’re going to pre-bake our little crusts here for 5 minutes. Just 5 minutes. And I’ll meet you right back here. While our little crusts were in the oven, we are going to work on our filling, which doesn’t take long at all. Into a bowl, we’re going to add pumpkin puree, one egg, a bunch of spices here. I have cinnamon, salt, ginger, nutmeg, and some cloves. Actually, no, the nutmeg wasn’t in there. We are going to grate some in. Now, we’re going to grate in some fresh nutmeg. This is so much better than buying the pre-graded and the aroma is like, oh my goodness, that’s good enough. Now, some condensed milk. This is my favorite brand, but honestly, you can use any brand that you like. We’re going to add in half a can. I could just eat this with a spoon. Now we whisk. This looks perfect. Now we set this aside for just a second. My mini cinnamon roll crusts were in the oven. And uh now what I’m going to do is just take the back of a tablespoon, like a measuring tablespoon here, and just kind of make some room for our pumpkin filling cuz it puffs up a little in the oven. And that is totally okay. Just be careful not to tear them. That’s all. This looks perfect. Now, we’re going to take our pumpkin pie filling that we prepared and fill our little cups 2/3 to 3/4 full. Now, we’re going to place these into our preheated oven at 350° F for 20 to 25 minutes. You’ll notice the filling is set and the edges are nice and golden. I’ll let you know how long mine were in the oven for and what they look like once they’re done. Let’s go. My cinnamon roll pumpkin pies were in the oven for exactly 20 minutes. And now, I let them sit here for about 7 minutes. You want to let them sit as soon as they come out. I have a cooling rack here that is ready for my little pies. And now, very carefully, I’m just going to remove them and place them on my cooling rack. Look at how beautiful. I’m going to allow my mini pies to come to room temperature just here on my counter. And then I’m going to show you how I like to serve them. My mini pies have come to room temperature. We are ready to serve. I have some fresh whipped cream here that I whipped up. Just heavy cream and powdered sugar. And now now a sprinkle of cinnamon. Let’s give one a try. M. These are divine. Give them a try and I’ll see you in the next one. Bye everyone.
