Make a tarte tatin with plenty of apples.Use 4 small apples.First , coat the surface with caramel.Melt the granulated sugar and make it caramel-like.Melt the butter and coat it with the apples.Next , Bata Add granulated sugar and boil the apples until soft. Add the apples, coated with caramel on the surface. The caramel will give off a nice aroma. The apples will release moisture and become soft . It has been decreasing. I also added vanilla oil, so the flavor is irresistible. Pour it into a muffin mold. Add the apple syrup as well. Chill it in the refrigerator. Make the dough parta fonce. Add the cold butter to the flour and stir to prevent it from becoming too fine. In a food processor, add the water, salt, and egg yolk mixture that had the most ingredients. Shape it. Roll it out to a thickness of 3 mm. Picket it, make it round, and cut it out. I didn’t have the right size, so I cut it out with a cup. I also cut out the dough for the next time. I had leftover dough, so I cut it out . Roll it out to make a tart pastry.Put it into a tart mold.Cut off the excess dough and picket it.I’ve used up most of the dough. Store it in the freezer. Bake it in a preheated oven. It will have a great aroma. It’s baked nicely. Once it’s cooled down, let it cool in the refrigerator. Before I knew it, my dog Ma-chan was purring. Warm the chilled mold with a hot towel and remove it from the mold. It ‘s glossy . Spread the milky apples. Apply it to make it even more shiny.Delicious as is.
