In the end, there was nothing abnormal, so it was fine. ◎ I don’t know the cause, but I wonder if my bowel movements were too hard and cut off… Either way, bleeding during pregnancy is bad for your heart… I didn’t want to go through this again, so I decided to take proper measures to prevent constipation. 🍠 I’m currently making sweet potato and rice flour steamed buns. Mix 100g rice flour, 20g brown sugar, a pinch of salt, and 100g milk well, then add about 70g sweet potato and 5g baking powder. I used rice flour this time because eating too much wheat flour can upset my stomach. I like bread, but I have to be careful not to eat too much… I used the remaining 30g sweet potato as a topping.
