    ๐ŸŽ Apple Crumble Cake
    Ingredients
    For the batter:
    3 eggs
    50 g sour cream
    20 ml vegetable oil
    150 g sugar
    150 g flour
    0.5 tsp baking soda
    a pinch of salt
    8 g cinnamon
    For the apple layer:
    2 apples
    70 g butter
    120 g sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    For the crumble topping:
    50 g butter
    70 g sugar
    50 g oats
    70 g flour
    a pinch of cinnamon
    Instructions
    Prepare the apple layer:
    Melt the butter in a pan, add sugar and cinnamon, stir until dissolved. Add chopped apples and cook for 3โ€“5 minutes until slightly softened.
    Make the batter:
    Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add sour cream, vegetable oil, salt, and cinnamon. Sift in the flour with baking soda and gently fold until smooth.
    Prepare the crumble:
    Mix cold butter, sugar, oats, flour, and cinnamon with your hands until crumbly.
    Assemble the cake:
    Pour the batter into a baking pan. Spread the apple layer on top, then sprinkle generously with crumble.
    Bake:
    Bake at 180 ยฐC (350 ยฐF) for 30โ€“40 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
    Serve:
    Best enjoyed warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. ๐Ÿจ
