So without further ado, let’s dive right into the preparation. So this is my oatmeal. I went ahead to blend it and I’ll go ahead to add in my turmeric powder, my chili flakes, and salt. Okay, so all this is to taste. So I’m going to stir everything together to combine beautifully. I’ll set that aside. Next, I’ll be using two eggs. To be on the safe side, I went ahead to break the egg in a separate bowl. And I’m going to wix this egg. Next, I will transfer it into my oat flour mixture. And I’ll add in my milk. And this is some powdered milk mix with water. I’m going to mix everything together beautifully to combine. Thank you amazing people for always coming back to watch me. So next I added in my butter and I’ll add in onion chopped green bell pepper and red bell pepper. Okay. You can use any vegetable of choice. So I’ll go ahead to stir this properly. I cover it for a few more minutes. And I’m going to flip it over. And I just oil the plate. I’m going to flip it with cream. So to avoid it sticking to the plate. I’m going to flip it. Make sure you do it on a very low heat. And I’m using the smaller side of my gas cooker. Okay, you can see from the screen that it didn’t burn at all.
