【オートミール】モチっとふわふわケーキドーナッツ【ダイエットおやつ・グルテンフリー】#91

As a supplement, Lakanto is crushed with a mill and used. It takes a little time, but it melts easily and is fluffy, so it’s convenient to make it ahead of time (^^)/. 2 eggs. The point of this cake donut is to put a little almond poodle! Even without oil, the almond poodle oil makes it fluffy and gives it a cake-like flavor. 100g of almond milk. Stir lightly to mix everything together. A crunchy powder. Mix until smooth. Roll firmly so that no lumps remain. It’s okay if it’s this much. Pour the batter into a silicone donut mold. If you put it all the way in, it will swell and protrude, so it’s good to put it in about 80%. It was a little droopy (-_-;). I’m clumsy, so I gave up pouring it from the bowl and put it in a cup instead (^^;). Finally, adjust the total amount. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 18 minutes. アーモンドプードルを少量混ぜる事で、油無しでもふっくら仕上がりよりケーキらしい風味になります。
