Please subscribe to my channel Today I would like to make shrimp chili. This time I would like to make shrimp chili, a staple of Chinese cuisine. This time, I will use frozen peeled shrimp to make a quick and easy shrimp chili. I will show you how to make these frozen peeled shrimps plump and juicy. The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make. I hope you’ll have a great time. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home Let’s begin with the ingredients and the ingredients used when preparing the shrimp. Here are the ingredients. Frozen peeled shrimp, green onion, garlic, ginger, potato starch, salt, and here are the ingredients. First of all, for the shrimp, this time I will use frozen peeled shrimp. Now let the shrimp thaw in this way. While the shrimp is thawing, we will cut the green onions and other ingredients. First, here are the green onions. This should be chopped. Cut it in any way that is easy to do. Now let’s cut. Chop the green onions like this. Next is ginger. First, peel the ginger. If you prefer the skin on, you can do it with the skin on. And then the ginger is chopped as well. Mince this one the easy way too. Chop the ginger this way. Now, let’s continue with the garlic. First, the garlic is cut in half. Then remove the garlic sprouts here. This garlic clove sprout is the part that will be the most susceptible to burning after the gouging. Then mince the garlic in the same way. The minced garlic is now ok. Easy recipes at home Prawns are done thawing. Drain the water once. Drain water like this. Then I will now remove the odor. This is also a little bit of work, but if you do it, the finished product will be very tasty. First of all, here is a teaspoon of potato starch. Add about 1/3 teaspoon of salt. Then rub it in. Going to rub it in firmly. This way you can remove the odor of the shrimp and the dirt afterwards. OK. You can get dirt like this. Then you can wash this one with water. OK. I’d like you to check once again that the shrimp I’m going to use this time are the ones that have already had their backs removed. If the shrimp have a back wattle on them, be sure to remove the back wattle. Then wipe off the water from these shrimp once thoroughly. Prepare kitchen paper and lay out the shrimp. By the way, the whole shrimp this time will be about 200g. After arranging them like this, cover the top with kitchen paper and wipe it off thoroughly. The prawns are now ready to be prepared. Then we’re going to season them with salt and pepper. And then we’re going to season it lightly with salt and pepper. Seasoning. Then spread it all over and cover the shrimp here with potato starch. After this, I grill the shrimp, but by baking them after coating them with potato starch, I can lock in the umami of the shrimp. Now, let’s sprinkle katakuriko on the shrimp. Let’s dust both sides. Please sprinkle the entire surface in this manner. Now let’s make potato starch. Add potato starch and water to bowl. Mix this well. The water-soluble potato starch is now ready. Easy recipes at home Now I will bake it in a frying pan. First, salad oil in the frying pan. Roughly 2 teaspoons of salad oil is ok. Then you put it on the fire. Medium heat. First warm it up for about 30 seconds. Spread the oil all over as well. The heat is low-medium. After about 30 seconds, the shrimp are placed. After all the shrimp are placed, the heat is reduced to medium. Continue to heat roughly 70% of the way through. Grill the fish thoroughly at this point. Be careful not to burn yourself as the oil crackles and splashes at this point. Flip over. OK. Bake for roughly 1 minute 30 seconds. Then turn off the heat. In this way, I first lock in the flavor of the shrimp. Then this one is put out to the bat once. Take it out to the bat once like this. The shrimp will become tough if overcooked, so as I said before, you can cook them about 70% of the way through. Then I quickly clean the pan. Now let’s fry the sauce. This shrimp sauce is cooked only once to make it richer and mellower. The acidity of the ketchup is removed and the result is delicious. Then it’s salad oil in the pan again. Now it’s about a tablespoon. And here is ginger, and then garlic. Add. Then put it on the fire. Medium heat. Once the oil has been mixed with the fish, the fish is cooked in the oil like this When it starts to sizzle like this, add ketchup, soy bean sauce, chicken broth, and sugar. Now mix it all together once. Be careful not to burn yourself as it crackles and bounces at this point. Fry the sauce over medium heat like this for about 30-40 seconds. Then the zing and sourness will go away. After heating for 30 seconds, water is added here. Once the water is added, mix it once. Bring to a boil once this is done. If vinegar is added at this point, all the acidity and refreshing feeling of vinegar will be lost, so vinegar is added last. After about 1 minute of cooking, add this shrimp back in. Have ho. Now let’s add some green onions. Then mix the whole mixture. Continue heating the mixture for roughly 1 minute. The heat is on medium all the way through. Now 1 minute has passed. Then add vinegar. Then mix. Heat for about 30 seconds. Heat for about 30 seconds, then turn off the heat. Wait a little while for this sizzling to die down. When it has settled down like this, add the dissolved potato starch that you have made here. Be sure to turn off the heat and add it. Once added, mix once while still off the heat. This will give a nice thick consistency without lumps. When all is well blended, heat again. Finally, heat the potato starch over medium heat for roughly 1 minute. If you feel the heat is too high, you can lower the heat a little. OK. Then I turn off the heat and turn on the sesame oil at the end. Then mix. The sesame oil is added at the very end so that it remains properly fragrant and gives a very aromatic finish. OK. Now the shrimp chili is done. Now I would like to put it in a bowl. Easy recipes at home Now the shrimp chili is ready. The result looks like this. Shrimp are finished like this, looking plump and delicious. It’s done. Now, I would like to eat. Let’s eat. When adding potato starch, be sure to turn off the heat and add the potato starch. Be careful not to add it while the heat is still on, as it will cause lumps to form. Blend thoroughly before turning on the heat and then turn on the heat for a minute or so at the end of the cooking process. Finally, this time I put sesame oil on it. Can pour this one on to your liking. If you don’t like spicy food, you can leave out the soy bean sauce. Or, if you want to make it a little spicier, double the amount of soybean-pan shoyu to 1 teaspoon. This will probably make it a little stronger in flavor, so adjust the intensity of the flavor to your liking. The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make. ・片栗粉 小さじ1

もう仕上がりました。お酢を入れるのを忘れてしまって、水溶き片栗粉を先に入れてしまい慌ててお酢を入れてしまいました。😁

ただレシピの倍の量を作ろうとした為、調味料など全て倍にしたところ、ソースがめちゃくちゃ多くなってしまい途中で余分なソースを破棄しました。
エビの量が倍だからといって調味料を全て倍にしたのはやっぱり良くないでしょうか?
水を300ml入れました
作りました〜🎉エビチリがこんなに簡単に美味しくできるとは知りませんでした、市販のはドロッとしすぎて苦手だったので、リピします✨ゆかり先生の説明も分かりやすくて聞き取り易くて、ほんとにありがとうございます😃
