Did you give chocolate to anyone? or, did you receive chocolate? Today is Wednesday, a weekday, so probably there were a lot of coworkers and schoolmates giving and receiving chocolates. How was it? Today, it’s Valentine’s Day, and on Valentine’s Day it’s common to receive chocolates but because lately there are a lot of chocolate eating noises today I’ve prepared some sweet foods I’d like to eat. Here it is! Tada! It looks sooo tasty! It’s ‘ichigo (strawberry) daifuku’. Strawberries – I tried incorporating a feel of the current season. I’ve been wanting to eat strawberry daifuku for a while It’s a good opportunity, so I bought a lot.. there were five, but I bought them all! Today I’m going to eat all five strawberry daifuku by myself, in one sitting. It’s so extravagant, right? I’ve never eaten so many at once before – this is the first time. ok, let’s get started! There are four different flavors. custard flavor, white bean paste, smooth red bean paste, and chunky red bean paste makes the fourth flavor. other than strained and chunky red bean paste.. oh, and I’ve eaten the white bean paste one it’s the first time to try the custard flavor! I’m looking forward to it. this one is the custard flavor one. There is a whole strawberry inside. Bon appetit. it’s like this. It’s delicious! very sweet. It’s custard with a strawberry and mochi (sticky rice), together. The strawberry has a fresh and juicy flavor. it’s delicious, it’s super delicious. What a delicious feeling, right? Because it’s a quite sticky chewing sound there may be a lot of people who don’t like it. Don’t force yourself! ok, next, smooth bean paste, chunky bean paste, custard, white bean.. let’s eat the smooth bean paste one! this one.. bon appetit Daifuku’s rich sound the strawberry’s sharp sound, the little clicks of the strawberry seeds, you can hear so many different sounds. The smooth bean paste is also delicious. The smooth bean paste one was also delicious! Because I already really love daifuku by itself, and there are also strawberries that I really love inside it.. It’s the best. I’m going to drink something. Today, I have rose hip tea. Lately, I’m addicted to it. There is vitamin C in it. ok, next, the white bean paste one. white bean paste – bon appetit. you can see it a little.. bon appetit. The white bean paste one is more plain than the smooth bean paste one, it’s easy to eat. It’s not too sweet… yup, delicious. ok the next one, I’ll eat the other custard one. a custard strawberry daifuku is rare, huh. I ordered this one on the internet. It seems that it’s a famous strawberry daifuku. bon appetit It’s delicious! As I expected, the strawberry daifuku, with the strawberry’s sourness, with it in the middle, and sweetness from the bean paste wrapped around it, it suits it superbly. it is very delicious. and now, the last one. The last one is the chunky red bean. The chunky red bean one. I got quite full. It’s the first time for me to eat so many daifuku like this in one sitting. but I’m happy. If I didn’t make this video contribution, I definitely would not eat so many in one sitting, I can eat these without feeling too guilty, so I’m happy (heheh) Ok, I think I want to eat the last one, the chunky red bean one. bon appetit Ok, I’m grateful for this meal. it was super delicious. there were four different varieties, but I think my favorite was the smooth bean paste one. They were all delicious, though. Ok, for those of you who recieved Valentine’s chocolates, please tell me what you got. For those of you who gave.. For those of you who gave, how was it? Did you give a confession of love? was it your favorite chocolate? but now, there is obligatory gift chocolate (for coworkers etc), chocolate for friends, a lot of different types of chocolate, I think there are a lot of different types. I saw in a Godiva advertisement, it was saying to get rid of the obligatory gift chocolate. What do you think, everyone? For me, I’m wondering which way is good.. obligatory chocolate hasn’t been a problem for me yet I guess that’s what I can say. My father was saying he wished obligatory chocolate didn’t exist even being on the receiving end of it is difficult, he thought. Why, I asked him, As expected, it’s seems difficult to have to return the favor It’s difficult to have to give it, also, of course you should give back a better chocolate than you received, so doing that thing is pretty difficult, he said. after I heard all of that, in the workplace, or where you work.. I thought it would be better to stop the practice of giving obligatory chocolates to superiors. What do you think, everyone?
