隠れた名店!ミシュラン掲載の本格タイ料理ビュッフェ!🇹🇭 バンコク(タイ)のバーン・カニタ・ビュッフェ

In today’s episode, we will be trying a buffet
from a Michelin rated restaurant here in Bangkok,   Thailand. This buffet is offering authentic
traditional Thai cuisine from award-winning recipes using fresh, premium, organic
ingredients straight from their own   farm. If you’re looking to try luxury,
authentic Thai food, this could be the place you’ll want to visit on your next trip
to Bangkok. We are in Bangkok, Thailand,   and I’m staying outside of Baan Khanitha. Now,
I’ve been to a lot of buffets here in Bangkok, Thailand. uh whether it be international buffets,
uh hotel buffets, as well as seafood buffets. But I’ve never been to a buffet that focus primarily
on authentic Thai cuisine. So today I’m going   to try out Banana for the first time and
take you guys along. So let’s go inside. We are inside of Baan Khanitha. And guys, this
restaurant is really, really nice. It’s really   kind of not only cozy, but also elegant
at the same time. So, the interior design is really good. Also, we got here a little bit
early, so they’re still setting up the buffet,   but they let us sit down at the table. And now,
we’re going to go ahead and wait a little bit, but then we’ll go and show you guys what
they have on the buffet line. All right,   I discovered they have the sheet here. that
you can go ahead and select your noodles. So, what we’re going to do is go ahead and fill this
out. So, we’ll go ahead and turn it into them and   they’ll make us some noodle soups. Okay, guys.
The buffet is open. Let’s get started. And this food looks amazing. We’re going to go ahead
and stop right here. So, here it is. Salmon uh corn salad with shrimp. It also has some
sausage in there. Wow. Looks amazing. Wow. So, we heard these noodles are spicy. Super spicy.
Yeah, she said super spicy. Look at the chilies   in there. And we heard that what you want to do is
to have this salad with also the crispy pork. So, we’re going to make sure to take some crispy pork
along with that. Wow, that pork looks amazing. I’m so excited. My mouth is just watering as
I’m getting the food. We have a selection of   different kind of fried goodies here. I don’t
know exactly what all these fried goodies are, but yeah, we’re going to try every one of them.
Looks like a more of a sweet chili kind of sauce,   huh? Crispy deep fried giant roll stuff with
me on the crab meat. All right. Crab meat. I don’t you can’t read that one. All right.
Yeah. So, it looks like sweet chili sauce. And then they also have some
tempura or is it tempura? Mhm.   Yeah. Tempura shrimp. Yeah. Wow. They
look really big and really delicious. Oh, this is so exciting. And look at this. They
have some pineapple fried rice. And look at the big shrimp in there. I don’t know. They’re ponds
or shrimp, but man, that is wonderful. I’m a big fan of pineapple fried rice. Wow. Look at that.
Okay. And then they have a cow soy station. So, we’re going to make our own cow soy over here,
guys. What you want to do is you have some   uh egg noodles. You have some egg noodle right
there. Right. And then we got the cow soy. Oh, look at that. That piece of chicken
in there. Oh, this looks so good. And then they have the shallots and
put that on there right away. Also,   we have the mustard greens. And then you have some lime. Also, you have
the crispy egg noodles on top. Just like that. And now I’m going to go ahead and
turn in our noodle request to the   chefs and they’re going to
make our noodles for us. This is the noodle station. So these guys are
going and making everybody’s noodles fresh, which is really cool. Look at that beef.
Oh, and that must be the Wagyu. Real nice. Professionals right here. And uh drinks are included. And we have
this lemongrass and pandan kind of a tea. All right, we have all our food for the first
round. Let me go ahead and show you guys what   we got. All right, we’re starting off over here
with some cow soy that we made ourselves. We have some crispy pork as well as some corn salad with
shrimp and some salmon. And then over here we have some tempura battered shrimp as well as some crab
h fried balls. Over here we have pineapple fried rice. And then finally I got myself a nice bowl
of noodle soup. Nam tak noodle soup. Oh this is so exciting. I’m so excited to dig in. Guys, um
they made a fresh bowl of noodle for us. Noodle soup. It’s called the namtak beef noodle soup.
And um I believe it looks like bone noodles to me, but it has Wagyu, Australian Wagyu beef in here
as well as some meatballs. Beef meatballs. Wow. This looks amazing. Let me go and show you
this Wagyu beef. There it is. Wow. Nice thin slices. And you get more than one. Look at
that. You get two wonderful slices. Like you also got I received or I got the egg noodles. I’m
sorry, not egg noodles. These are our vermicelli uh rice noodles. I love these noodles
because they pick up the broth really well. And then of course we have the wonderful
broth. I have also a beef meatballs here. But let’s dig in and try some of this
noodle with some of the Wagyu. All right, here it is. First bite. Wagyu
with noodles. Here you go. Wow, this is insane. Oh my goodness.
This beef broth with you, it has so much flavor. I blow my mind. Wow. Look
how rich, fatty this broth looks. Adds a hint of heat that kind of
goes to the back of my throat. Yeah,   this wagyu is also really tender, well cooked.
There you go, guys. Look at this wagyu. Also, one thing nice about these noodles,
it’s like reminds me of boat noodles   because the fact that there’s not like
a large amount of noodles in here. So, you can try some of this and go back and try
the other four different flavors of noodles. Next, we’re going to try some of this crispy
pork. And look at this crispy pork, guys. in the outside. Look at that.
Can you see that crispiness? Now, I was told to eat some of this crispy pork
with this salad, this kind of noodle salad,   but I’m going to try this just by itself first. You hear that? One thing about the love about
this crispy pork has flavor. Traditionally, the crisp pork does that. They season the outside
of the skin and crispy part really well, but the meat itself is not as flavorful. But this one, the
meat itself is flavorful. So, really tender and a lot of flavor in meat. Okay, this is not noodles,
guys. I thought this was noodles initially,   but this some kind of vegetable. And I don’t know
if it’s papaya, but it’s similar to papaya salad. Has these green beans and also lime. And I was
told to eat some of this crispy pork with this salad. Like this or the papaya salad. I’ll call
it papaya salad. Let’s give this salad a try. Oh my god, that is a great combination. That
salty, savory flavor of the pork along with the spicy, tangy. It is like a papaya salad in terms
of the sauce itself, the fish sauce. Also like the lime lime. Yeah, it has a little bit sourness. I
think of tamarind. So yeah, this does taste like papaya salad. But it’s spicy, but it’s more clean.
It’s not as powerful in terms of fish sauce. So, but combining it with the pork. Yeah, definitely
combine this with the pork. Really good. This corn salad has salmon sashimi. Also, they have the like the be sausage. We have
big pieces of shrimp. And of course, we have the corn. So, I’m going to take a bite with some of
this together. I’m going use my spoon and I’m take some of the shallot and some of the salmon,
some of the corn and make a nice corn salad bite. Oops. Little bit of salmon on
here. All right. Just like that.   There we go. Here it is. Corn salad with salmon. That’s good. Wow. As you saw from the
buffet, it doesn’t look all that, you know, in terms of big size-wise, this buffet is
restaurant quality food. Not buffet quality, but restaurant quality food. So,
guys, everything I’ve had so far,   just from the noodles that I started with, as
well as the crispy pork and this uh corn salad with the shrimp and also the salmon, the quality
of the food is really, really exceptional. I mean, if I order this just by myself, I’d be like
really happy with this meal. Here it is,   guys. This is my drink for today. This
is a lemongrass and I said pandan uh tea. Oh, that’s really good. This flavor actually
really reminds me of Thailand. The flavor itself just like Yeah, it’s just really the essence
of Thailand in this drink. It’s really good. All right, let’s move on to some of the fried
goodies. Let’s start off with some of the shrimp. this tempera butter shrimp. And I was
told that to use some of these noodles, really crispy noodles. And I believe these noodles
um are made with some kind of sauce. Some kind of a flat fish or no some kind of citrus sauce.
Citrus sauce. Yeah, some some kind of sauce. We wouldn’t have known to do this if we wouldn’t
actually met the owner’s sister here and she explained to us to use this as a part of the
meal with the temporary shrimp. So, here we go. M. Mhm. Don’t forget this. These noodles, they’re
kind of that sweet and citrusy and go perfect with the shrimp. Oh my gosh. There you go, guys.
That’s what it looks like. Oh wow. This is yummy. And the shrimp tempura batter.
Really well made. Oh, and here we go,   guys. This is pineapple fried rice. And we
have big piece of shrimp on there. Also, of course, we have the pineapple.
We have some raisins. Also,   I believe some peas and carrots. Let’s
try some of this pineapple fried rice. M. And actually, it’s been a long time since I
had it. I love pineapple fried rice, but it’s just I don’t never think about getting it. So,
having the buffet here, nice reminder. Here it is. This is the fried crab. And we got a little
bit, I believe, a like sweet chili dipping sauce. So, let’s go ahead and give this a try. Wow. And then we’re moving on to cow soy. And
you have the crispy egg noodles there. Also, you have the soft egg noodles down here. They also
have some nice pieces of chicken. And then we have the mustard greens in here. Let’s go ahead and mix
this up. Wow, this looks so good. Oh, the crispy egg noodles. Break those up. Oh, I forgot. I also
got a lime. Let me go ahead and add a little bit of lime citrus to it. All right, guys. All
right. Here it is. First bite of Khao soi. M. This is a good cow soy chicken super tender.
Oh my gosh. One the wonderful thing about this is you can control how much Khao soi you also get.
You can also control, you know, how much chicken   you get or noodles you get. So you can make your
own khao soi and you can enjoy it buffet style. I’m having a wonderful experience here at Baan
Khanitha. Wow. But we just got started on the first round. We still have the second round
to do. But you know what? In the meantime,   perfect opportunity. Smash the like button,
subscribe, and we’ll see you guys in round two. Second round, we have these uh it looks like
rice noodles. Oh, fresh spring rolls. Ah, they are uh two different kinds of spring rolls.
Also, she told us to put some of this mustard with it. And that the other sauce is actually the sauce
is already on there, so we can hold off on that. And then we have these spring rolls here. And
it looks like has mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms. Some some other cilantro. Wow. Shrimp. Shrimp and
tofu. Shrimp and tofu. Wow, that looks so good. And she mentioned that that this sauce
goes with that. This is uh flat. Yeah, steamed. Oh, here we go, guys. This is a
flat rice uh noodles with five spice pork and tofu sauce. Okay. And then we’re going to
try some of this uh looks like uh honey glazed pork ribs. Wow. Get a little bit of the white
rice. Look at this. Wow. This looks so good. Yes. It says honey glazed pork ribs on the sign.
It looks like it also has some basil on there,   too. Oh, there piece of garlic in there. Yeah.
Good piece of garlic in there. That looks so good. Oh my gosh. And then we have here looks like
a spicy southern yellow curry with durian and pork belly. That’s durian in there. Oh my gosh, that’s
really interesting. I don’t think I’ve ever seen durian and savory dish before. Okay. And this
is the kanom jeen station. And kanom jeen, guys, actually is a fermented rice noodles right here.
Really popular also in northern Thailand as well. But yeah, we’re big fans of kanom jeen noodles.
So the kind of gene here they also have different kind of curries. This is I believe a fish curry.
And down here we have a coconut spicy curry. And uh I don’t know this isn’t in Thai so I can’t read
it, but this is another kind of curry as well. So yeah, this looks really
good. Let’s try the fish curry. Oh, very nice. Got fish balls in there.
Also, we have a lot of these kind of   condiments you put on there as well.
Starting down there, we have a egg, boiled egg. And then we also have some uh
cabbage, blanch cabbage. These are spring beans. String beans. Then string beans. Also,
we have some bean sprouts and sliced cucumber and pickled Yeah. mustard greens or pickled
cabbage, it says. Yep. And then we have a little bit of basil. Perfect. Okay, we have reached round
two and let me show you guys what we got over here. We have kanom jeen or rice noodles. Also,
we have Tom Yum Goon, but we just got the soup by itself. And then we have some pork ribs as well as
some durian. Over here we have some uh rice rolls. And then finally, we have some pork noodles. Wow.
Oh my gosh, that’s so tender. Just kind of fell apart. Look at that. I’m just going to try this
by itself. Wonderful piece of pork. Let’s try it. Wow. So tender. Mhm. And this is
kurobuta. This is a Japanese pork. I believe it’s like a black pork from
Japan. Kurobuta. Let’s give it a try. That pork so clean. You typically taste pork,
right? Sometimes you have that kind of porky   flavor. Here, guys. Clean pork flavor. Wow. That’s
amazing. And then of course, I don’t know about you guys, but I love big flat rice noodles. So,
here you go. The big flat rice noodles for this. But also, these noodles are freshly made. So,   this broth is really hot. And the flavor of these
noodles, they really remind me of boat noodles, right? I don’t think they’re boat noodles cuz
boat noodles, you have maybe that pig blood in it.   I don’t think they have the pig blood in here, but
the the the flavor profile is very similar. Here you go. You can see the pork cracklings there.
Let’s give this a try with the pork cracklings. Oh my gosh, it’s so good. All right, this
is kanom jeen fermented rice noodles. Let me show you this. There it is.
And we have some fish curry. So, let me go ahead and mix up the fish curry. Also,
we have the condiments. Sprouts, mustard, greens, basil, egg. Also, we have these little fish balls.
All right, let’s try some of this kin. Here we go. Wow, that curry really good. egg and these
little fish balls. Really good, too. Next, we’re moving on to some honey pork ribs
this egg. So, let’s try this little rilet. Does have that little sweetness to it. Those rib   lets are really super tender. Here you
go. Look at that pork ribs are really, really good. I love these. This is something
I would never anticipate eating. And that is durian that is uh warm and savory in a
curry. All right, let’s give this a try. I do like durian that is a coconut milk
and sweet, but this one is savory. So, it’s not as flavorful and and I I can tell I can
tell this during here, but it’s not as flavorful. So, this one may miss for me just a little
bit because the durian is not as flavorful   as one is sweeter. But the pork though is super
super tender. And as always guys, I’ll be sure to leave a link in the description box below for
the location of this uh restaurant, but they also   have a second location. So, we’re in the Sathorn
location, but they also have one in the Sukhumvit location. And I don’t know if I mentioned earlier,
but they are a mission awarded restaurant. So, this buffet happens on the weekends, Saturday
and Sundays, and also holidays from 11:30 to 3:30 with a 2-hour time limit. So, be aware of that as
well. And also, this food is all Thai cuisine. So, it’s you’re getting to taste a lot of variety of
authentic Thai traditional food in the environment right here. It’s almost like you’re in somebody’s
house. This ambiance here is really cozy,   comfortable, and the staff is really friendly
here. I’m just having a wonderful time here. I can’t say enough about this place. It’s really
good. So, let’s go ahead and move on to some of   these egg rolls. And actually, this is a rice
paper that’s steamed. And then also over here, we have more of kind of the the fresh uh uh rice
rolls. Popia. I don’t know. That’s a popia. Yeah, that’s reminds me of. So, let’s go ahead and
give this a try. And um this with this kind   of like this uh popia style egg roll. They also
came with this mustard. So, I’m going go ahead and just dab a little bit mustard on here. And
let’s try some of this right here. Look at that.   That looks so good. So, I believe this has a tofu
and sausage or pork inside. So, let’s give this a spring roll a try. M. These um pork sausage, it
reminds me of the Chinese sausage. See that? So, it has that kind of like that five spice kind of
sweet Chinese sausage flavor. It could be Chinese sausage for all. I don’t know. But the mustard
on here, the mustard is like the Asian mustard,   right? A little bit like a horseradish
mustard, a little bit spicy, but yeah, it’s a good compliment to this. Okay, over here is
the steamed rice paper. And here we go. This one has like shiitake mushrooms. Also has some tofu,
I believe. Also has some pork in there as well. And they said that you put the sauce,   which is kind of orange sauce on top.
So go ahead and use this for this roll. M. This has so much flavor. Also, I’m the biggest
fan of steamed rice paper. This reminds me of a bankun in Vietnam. It’s just stuffed with pork,
mushrooms, um, tofu, and they have some sauce with it. Okay. And the final item for this round
is toy goon. And this one has blue crab. Look at that. There’s blue crab right there. Wow. Also,
I believe they have scallops. Yep, there it is.   Scallop, right? And then I believe they have
shrimp. Oh, here it is. They have shrimp. And looks like they put some um of the rice I’m sorry,
egg noodles. Here you go. Now, we ordered this tam yum just for expecting to get the soup, but
they recommend that use uh egg noodles. These egg noodles as a part of it. So, we’re going to have
some tom yum with some of the crab scallop. Oh my gosh. I’m going to make just a spoonful of this
by itself and a little bit of the tom yum broth. Now, I have a lot of favorites here in Thailand.
If you haven’t noticed from my channel, I just love Thai food. But one of the foods that I don’t
think I talk enough about is tamun. this broth, the soup, it’s a sour, sweet, savory, salty,
like so many different flavors in this broth. But I love the aspect of the sourness that comes
I think it’s typically from like a tamarind and I’ll see you put some citrus in here with
the lime. This is such a good broth. Wow. Now, being that they recommended I try some of
these egg noodles as a part of this tangy munon. There it is. I’m going to try
some of these egg noodles. I can understand why they said the egg noodles, it
absorbs a lot of the broth. It kind of suck in a lot of the flavor the broth with the noodles.
So, yeah, it is a good noodle with the broth. A lot of the shrimp here is really, really good. But we are not done yet, guys, cuz they have
dessert. And I did see earlier they had, I believe, durian sticky rice. So, I’m
going to try some durian sticky rice,   cuz I have to give it a try
here at the Baan Khanitha. Okay guys, we are here in the dessert station
and look what we got. We have some steamed banana cake. Also, we have some pomelo and guava. Over
here, we have some mung bean stuffed rice flour dumplings. Yeah, with coconut cream topped with
sesame. And over here we have some watermelon and pineapple. And this we have Thai uh coconut
milk custard. Wow, that looks really good, too. And look at these little pancakes, guys.
They also have this pandan custard down   here. Can I try uh this guava palm?
Okay. One. Yeah. And then can I get one? And this one? Yes. Okay. Where’s your
number table? Uh till three. Three. Perfect.   I will take it to your table. Okay.
Great. Thank you. Yeah. All right. So, they have a durian sticky rice and uh she’s
going to put the coconut milk on there. Oh, wow. Wonderful. Thank you. Thai
dessert. Yeah. Yeah. I’ll try Thai dessert. Yeah. Try all. Yes. Okay. Okay. So, I believe we got some like pandan uh noodles.
In Thailand, we say this one. Long. Long. Long lomi. Yes. Okay. Taro, me and corn. Okay. Yes. And
we eat it coconut syrup. Coconut syrup. Okay. Yes. Hey. With ice. Okay. Oh, shaved ice. Okay. Okay. Oh, wonderful. Great. Thank you.
Oh, what is that? Yes. Is sticky rice with a black bean in coconut milk.
Oh, okay. There it is. Sticky rice, little black bean, coconut milk.
Wow. Never seen that before. Wonderful. Great. Thank you so much. All
right, we are still waiting for our sorbets, but let’s go ahead and get started. Let me
go and show you what we got. Right here,   we have the traditional Thai like shaved ice
dessert. And then over here we have durian sticky rice. Look at that guys. And this is
traditional dessert with sticky rice and the black bean coconut milk. And then over here we
have some traditional Thai desserts as well. But let’s go ahead and get started with a shaved ice
dessert and has a mix of taro pandan noodles. We also have some avocado. Oh no, it’s cucumber I
believe. And also we have some corn. All right. Then we of course of of course we have
some of the the palm uh sugar syrup. This reminds me of chendol in Malaysia or in
Singapore Singapore too. Very similar shaved ice dessert with these pandan noodles.
Really refreshing, light, really a good   dessert to have during the summer time. I
love those little bits of taro. Really good. All right. Next, we’ll move on to durian.
Look at this. This is durian sticky rice. I’ll try a nice piece of uh sticky
rice. Durian on top. Here we go. Yeah. I don’t know what it is. Sometimes you can
have good durian, sometimes not so good. Right   now, it’s not a really a prime durian season, but
this durian here is more custardy and more sweet. The one I had earlier with the pork belly, that
was really not good for me. I didn’t really enjoy   it. But this one, I actually enjoy it. It was
really good. Durian is not typically my favorite kind of fruit. But I’ll tell you what, if you get
the right durian, it it actually is a good flavor. Oh, you know what? I also forgot to mention
earlier, this restaurant, they had their own farm, guys. They had their own organic farm. So, a lot
of the ingredients here that they’re using are from their own farm. So, you’re getting a really
high quality of not only, you know, cooked food, but also fresh food, the fresh vegetables
and fruits that you get from their farm. So, tell you what, that’s kind of sets them above a
lot of restaurants around here in Thailand. Okay,   the sorbet has arrived. And we have two
different kinds of sorbet. I believe this is a watermelon sorbet. Let’s get Let’s give
this a try. Oh, this is hard. Oh my goodness. This sorbet is rock hard. Now
you know the sorbet is freshly made when it’s this hard. Let’s give it a try. This sorbet. I know. I know this sounds silly,
guys, but this tastes like fried shallots on top of this sorbet. I don’t I may I don’t know if it’s
supposed to have it, but it’s a watermelon flavor,   but this topping on top here. Let me show
you this right here, guys. I think it’s a fried shallots. Really fine fried shallots. And
threw me off when I tried it cuz I was like, “Wait a minute. Is that fried shallots?”
I know what fried shallots taste like. So,   yeah, it’s just a fried shallots. It’s It’s
a very unique flavor, right? Cuz you know, if you don’t like fried shallots,
of course, this is not going to be   for you. But I enjoy fried shallots. But
with watermelon sorbet, very different. Yeah. I can’t say I love it, but I can’t say
I hate it. Okay. And this is the lady told us it’s like palm sugar chili on top as well as a
sorbet. I don’t know what kind of sorbet this is, but I’ll be sure to leave here the name of it cuz
I had the sign, so I know what the sign is. So,   I’ll go ahead and write down the
name of this sorbet in the video. But let’s go ahead and try this sorbet
with a palm sugar and chilies. Yeah, the color reminds me like a melon. All right,
let’s give it a try. Oh, they’re infusing um savory, salty, and sweet all together in
a sorbet. So, the flavor itself kind of just really kind of makes you think, what is this?
It’s just just a really unique and creative way of having sorbet like this the same thing with
the watermelon so bake. It’s like I don’t love it, I don’t hate it, but it’s just very unique flavor
profile to try. It’s very interesting. So my wife was saying it reminds uh us of having like
that mango when you dip it in the chilies in the salt. Also they they did it also like
with other fruit as well, right? they papaya, they’ll dip it in some chili and some salt. So,
yeah, it’s that kind of that flavor profile cuz   a lot of times I’m not used to having salt
on my ice cream, but yet I know it’s really popular in Latin America as well here in Asia to
have that dip with the chilies and the salt. So, yeah, if you like that kind of flavor, here you
go. This is a great sorbet to try. All right, this is coconut custard. It’s a popular um
kind of almost like a pudding, I would say, that they steam. And uh also it looks like right
here you can see they have a little bit like a   pandan underneath. It’s a thin layer of pandan.
We’ve had this before. I think we had this at the at the boat noodle restaurant over there in um
by Victoria Monument. Yeah, same thing. I know a lot of time you guys ask me what is the price of
this buffet and I forget to mention it. So today   I mentioned this buffet price 690 baht and that
comes to roughly right now exchange rate I think it’s around $21. So to have restaurant quality
exceptional Thai food and a buffet style for $21 guys that’s a great value. Here it is. These
are little pancakes with a pandan coconut custard. Oh my god. It’s so good. The coconut custard. It
reminds me of that coconut custard that we used to get. Patongo. Patongo. Am I saying it right?
Patongo. Yeah. It’s like that Chinese doughnut from Chinatown and they have the coconut custard
that you dip it in the patongo. That’s what this custard tastes like. And one thing nice about this
restaurant, you’re having dessert with traditional Thai desserts, right? Normally we have like
cheesecake and also made turmeric sue or regular vanilla ice cream. But here this guys, this is all
Thai traditional Thai authentic dessert. So really special buffet. And the funny thing is there are
not many traditional Thai buffets in Thailand, right? So when we found this, we’re like, “Oh, you
know what? We had to give this a try.” Because if   anything, if you guys are really in Thailand and
want to try some authentic Thai food in a buffet style, here you go. This is so good. All right,
another um custard, but this is actually a banana. And I believe they have a shaved coconut and also
has sesame on top as well. All right, here it is. The Yeah, the flavor reminds me of banana bread.
Has a little bit of the sesame on there. also the coconut shavings. But yeah, this reminds me of
banana bread. And this is one of my favorites, sticky rice, and it has um coconut
milk with red beans or black beans. This a little bit different from what I
expecting. I’m familiar with like the red   beans in Korea. Little sweet. The black beans
are less sweet, but the sticky rice is really good and the coconut milk is really good. I’m just
having a wonderful time here at this buffet. And I’m sure you can probably see my expression
and my emotion behind this buffet. Yeah,   it’s one of the better buffets we’ve had here
in Thailand, you know, and we’ve been to a lot of luxury buffets. And tell what quality wise of
food, this place right here, great quality. So, if you’re visiting Thailand and want to try some
Thai food, you know what? I rarely recommend   restaurants to try, but yet this place, I
would definitely recommend to give it a try. and you have wonderful traditional Thai food and
I love Thai food. So yeah, give this place a try. But if you guys enjoy this video, make sure to
smash the like button. Also, as always guys,   appreciate your support. Have yourself a wonderful
day and we’ll see you back in next video. Bye-bye.

Michelin-rated Thai buffet in Bangkok, Thailand!

This isn’t your typical hotel or seafood buffet — this one focuses purely on authentic, traditional Thai cuisine, made from award-winning recipes using fresh organic ingredients straight from their own farm.

We’re dining at Baan Khanitha, one of Bangkok’s most iconic Thai restaurants, known for combining luxury, tradition, and farm-to-table freshness. The buffet here features everything from Wagyu beef noodle soup, crispy pork with papaya salad, and khao soi, to kanom jeen curries, honey pork ribs, and even a durian curry!

And of course — we end the meal with authentic Thai desserts like durian sticky rice, pandan custard, banana cake, and traditional shaved ice with coconut syrup.

This buffet is available on weekends and holidays from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM (2-hour limit) and costs 690 THB — about $21 USD, an amazing value for restaurant-quality Thai cuisine.

If you’re looking to experience authentic Thai flavors in a beautiful, cozy, Michelin-awarded setting, this might just be the buffet for your next trip to Bangkok.

  3. You're a talent food vlogger who have vast knowledge of international food. Especially Thai food is complexed and strong flavors can be difficult for some westerners. You seem to understand the food really well.
