INGREDIENTS 👩🏻🍳 (per serving)
➡️ 60g oats
➡️ 60g Greek yoghurt
➡️ 60ml coconut milk
➡️ handful strawberries
➡️ 1 tbsp chia seeds
➡️ 1 tbsp maple syrup
➡️ dark chocolate, melted
Method
1. Mix together your porridge, Greek yoghurt, milk, chopped strawberries, chia seeds and maple syrup
2. Leave in the fridge overnight
3. In the morning, top with melted chocolate and leave in the fridge for 5-10 minutes to set
