Rich, fudgy brownie cookies with crackly tops and gooey chocolate centers. The perfect blend of brownie and cookie in every bite.
Ingredients:

½ cup (115g) butter

1 cup (170g) dark chocolate (chopped or chips)

¾ cup (150g) sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup (65g) all-purpose flour

¼ cup (25g) cocoa powder

½ tsp baking powder

A pinch of salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

Melt chocolate and butter:
In a bowl, melt butter and chocolate together (microwave 30 sec bursts or double boiler). Stir till smooth and let cool slightly.

Add sugar and eggs:
Whisk in sugar, then add eggs one by one. Add vanilla and mix until shiny and smooth.

Mix dry ingredients:
In another bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Combine:
Gently fold dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture until just combined.
(Batter should be thick like brownie batter.)

Chill (optional):
Chill for 15–20 minutes if the batter is too soft.

Bake:
Scoop spoonful on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 8–10 minutes — edges should be set, centers slightly soft.

Cool:
Let them cool on the tray (they’ll set more as they cool).

Add chocolate chips or chunks for extra gooeyness.

Sprinkle sea salt on top before baking for a gourmet touch.

Don’t overbake — you want that fudgy center!
