チーズボールは、ケチャップまたはハニーマスタードをつけて食べるとより美味しいです。

【材料】8~9個分
ホットケーキミックス 50g
白玉粉 100g
砂糖 20g
さけるチーズ 2本
生地用の油 大さじ1
牛乳 100cc(白玉粉の硬さを見ながら調整して下さい)
パン粉
揚げ油 適量
ハニーマスタード
ケチャップ
