Hello, this is miio kitchen! Today, I’m going to make a super easy, moist sweet potato cake using only sweet potatoes. It only requires three ingredients : sweet potatoes, sugar, and water. No cream or butter is used, yet it’s surprisingly moist and rich! Cut off the tops of the sweet potatoes. Peel them. Slice the sweet potatoes into rounds. Place the sweet potatoes in a bowl, pour in water, and let them soak for about 5 minutes to remove any bitterness. Discard the water. After discarding the water, add 3 tablespoons of water. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 500W for 6 minutes. Be careful, it’s very hot right after cooking . If a bamboo skewer can be inserted easily, it’s cooked. If it’s hard, continue cooking. Mash it thoroughly with a masher or a fork. Once it’s mashed to a certain extent, add a large amount of water. Add 4-6g of the sweet potato paste and mash again until it forms a smooth paste. Add 40g of brown sugar and mix until smooth. Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking. Strain the sweet potato paste. Of course, you can use the sweet potato paste without straining it. Straining it will make it smoother and more palatable. Now that it’s smooth, spread the sweet potato mixture into the mold. Press down to remove any air bubbles. Smooth the surface . Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. It’s done! Gently remove from the mold. It’s delicious as is, but toasting it in the toaster will enhance the aroma and give it a restaurant-quality finish! The surface will start to brown a little, so since only one half is cooked, turn it over to evenly brown it. Remove from the toaster. It’s golden brown . Top with black sesame seeds and cut into bite-sized pieces. Moist, rich, and sweet, it’s just the right amount of satisfying to eat. ◎ It ‘s soft enough to easily pierce with a fork .     漉す方は凄く滑らかで、漉さない方はさつまいものつぶつぶ食感があり、どちらもとても美味しかったです😊
    材料も少なくさつまいもがあればすぐ作れますね🍠
    また作ります✨
