Wow. Yummy. So, I’m going to take uh four overripe bananas like this. I’ll peel them first and mash them. So, I’ll just mash this. So, I’m using this cup multigrain floor. This floor has got a cup. There is emmer, jawar, barley, ragi that is finger mintlet, soya bean, puli, chana dal, chickpea and als flax seeds. To this I’m adding baking soda and baking powder. Cup of castor sugar. So I’m going to wait with this. [Music] So, I’m going to preheat. I want it in 150. Now, this is blinking and press start. Once I press once more, it’ll go to preheating. Just uh 2 tbsp of milk. And I have some nuts here. Usually, I put walnuts. Today, I don’t have walnuts. I’m putting hazelnuts. I’ll pour it in the prepared tin and keep it in the oven for baking for 1 hour in 150° centiggrade. See this is blinking. So I have to select the time. I’m going to keep it for 1 hour. because it’s low temperature. But I’ll check it before uh and check if the toothpick comes clean. Then it is done. I’m going to stop it and check. It already looks very brown. So just check it how it is. I’ll check with a toothpick. It’s come out clean. So I’ll just Turn it off. So in 15 minutes it is done. I’ll just switch off. Let me just take out. So now that it’s pulled down, I’m cutting it. I’ve made this uh banana bread many times. I’ve tried with uh just maida and uh white sugar, custard sugar powder. I’ve done with the mix of uh maida and wheat flour. I’ve done with just wheat flour and this is the second time I’m doing with kapli flour and that two multigrain kapli and uh it’s come out nicely. Wow. So whenever you make this banana bread, it just finishes uh when you’re juiffing. Just enjoy it. It’s so moist, soft and yummy. Usually I put um chocolate chips. This time I put um hazelnuts. I’ve tried with walnuts. You can make it as it is or add any any nuts of your choice. Try it, enjoy it and share your experience.

This is a simple bread, easy to make with just a few ingredients that you should definitely have in your pantry.

Ripe bananas (riper the better)
Khapli multigrain flour/Wheat flour/Maida or mix of wheat flour & Maida
Baking powder
Baking soda
Powdered sugar
Oil/butter
Milk optional
Nuts/chocolate chips of choice

Mash bananas. Sieve flour with baking powder and baking soda.
Mix all the above ingredients with a beater or with a spoon.
If the mix is very thick, a little milk can be added.
Pour the mix in a prepared tin and bake for 45-60 minutes(time depends on the type of flour used and the size of the microwave oven) @150°C.
Check if done by inserting a tooth pick in the bread.
