A quick and decadent cake-in-a-mug recipe is essential for when those sweet cravings hit. You’ll enjoy this warm, gooey chocolate cake with only two ingredients in minutes.

Ingredients

4 chocolate biscuits (we use Oreos)
¼ cup milk

Method

1. Add the chocolate biscuits to a microwave-safe mug and use a fork to crush roughly.
2. Add the milk and mix together while further crushing the biscuits until you have a cake-like batter consistency.
3. Place in the microwave and cook for 60-80 seconds until the mixture has set.
4. Leave to cool for a minute before eating.

Top tip: This cake-in-a-mug is best enjoyed with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and a sprinkle of crushed biscuits.
