Good evening 🌙 I’m going to make pumpkin soup. I went to a cafe with a friend this afternoon ☕ Pumpkin soup was on the menu, and it looked so delicious, so I’m going to try it! I used a recipe from “Shiro Gohan.com” as a reference 📖 (I’ll put a link in the description). I should have warmed the pumpkin first before baking it 💦 After a bit of a struggle, I finally managed to peel it! I’m going to warm it up in the microwave! I hesitated a bit and decided not to order soup at the cafe today, but it looked so delicious, I wish I had! In addition to the soup, I’m also going to make onigiri today! The ingredients are sausages and scrambled eggs! After warming the pumpkin, I’ll start making the soup. Once the onions are amber-colored, I’ll add 1 tablespoon of flour. Add the warmed pumpkin and stir-fry for a while. Then I’ll add the milk! I’ll add the milk in two batches and season with black pepper and salt 🧂 I felt like it wasn’t quite flavorful enough, so I added some consommé. Now it’s time to prepare the onigiri filling! Let’s start by frying the sausages! We rescued the remaining sausages and made scrambled eggs 🍳 The soup is almost done! We mash it in a blender and it’s done! 👏 We arrange it on a plate and top with parsley , then it’s done! We put the warmed rice in a bowl and add the sausages and eggs. We seasoned it with soy sauce, some chicken stock , and white sesame seeds. All that’s left is to make rice balls and it’s done 🍙 We’ll also eat the carrot rapée we made in advance 🥕 Today’s dinner looks delicious 🤤♡ Let’s eat! First, we gulp down a lot of water (lol) It’s really delicious! 👏 The crunchy carrot rapée and the rice balls are all delicious ~♡ The soup is especially good 👏 I was surprised by the richness of the pumpkin and the perfect seasoning! (lol) It was a delicious and happy night 🤤 The next morning 🍃 Good morning~😪 For breakfast, I had yesterday’s soup and yogurt granola 🥣 It tastes better if it’s left for a day~ I have plans later today so I’m heading out! I found a restaurant with delicious-looking set meals 👀 Chicken Nanban and pork miso soup set 🤤 When I got home, I made a sweet potato pound cake 🍠 I used the recipe from @tsuchico.recipe (Tik Tok) 📖 As someone who loves sweet potatoes, autumn is a busy time for me 🍂 (lol) There are so many things I want to make! 🤤 I cut the sweet potatoes and warmed them in the microwave. I separated the potatoes into skin-on and skin-off (I should have separated them from the beginning!). I seasoned the skin-on potatoes with soy sauce, mirin, and sugar, and mashed the skin-off potatoes. You’ll need a masher…💭 Add two eggs and mix. By the way, this recipe is a rice flour pound cake that doesn’t use butter. It’s a healthy recipe! ✨ Mix rice flour, baking powder, potato starch, and salt together. 🥄 Once mixed, add half of the seasoned sweet potatoes . All that’s left is to put it in a mold and bake. 🤤 I flatten the dough and top with the remaining sweet potatoes. ✨ Add white sesame seeds and bake in the oven. It ‘s done! Let it cool. I’ll try the pound cake the next day. 🤤 Since it was a little late yesterday, I decided to eat it today . It turned out beautifully! 🍠 Only one cake didn’t fit in the Tupperware, so I’ll have a cafe au lait to go with it 🥛 Today’s dessert ♡ The pound cake is dense and perfectly baked! (I wonder if that makes sense lol) It ‘s so delicious 💞 It’s really tasty, but a drink is a must! The potato flavor and texture were also really good! Good morning~💤 I made my bed as soon as I woke up 🛏 First thing in the morning, I make sure to drink lukewarm water. The weather doesn’t look good today, and it’s gloomy, so I’m going to eat something delicious to cheer myself up! For breakfast, I’ll have a morning plate! I’ll grill some sausages and scrambled eggs . Salad, sausages, and scrambled eggs 💛 I’ll put some ketchup on them ~ I bought some bread at the supermarket last night 🍞 Once I’ve prepared my drink, I’ll have breakfast 🍞 I’ll have an Americano today ☕ Let’s eat! I’ll start with the vegetables 🥗 Eating a hearty meal in the morning really gives me energy! The sausages and scrambled eggs are consistently delicious! I accompany my bread with peanut butter and cream cheese 💛 This bread is so chewy and I love it! It’s often sold in supermarkets, so if you see it, I recommend you give it a try! It’s kind of like a bagel, and it sticks to your teeth! I love this kind of bread! Cream cheese and peanut butter go perfectly together! Even on bad weather, it’s important to find ways to stay in a good mood. Eat lots and stay healthy ✨ I ‘m meeting my boyfriend later, so I’ll put on makeup and head out! After getting home, I took a bath and applied a face mask. This mask seemed to be perfect for my skin, and it helped my rough skin a little. The next day, it’s time for a snack – today I’m having a vanilla latte 💛 Caramel Corn Japanese Chestnut Mont Blanc flavor 🌰💗 I tried the Caramel Corn autumn limited edition flavor last year and it’s one of my favorites ♡ The Japanese Chestnut Mont Blanc flavor was, of course, delicious 🤤 In autumn, not only are homemade snacks, but store-bought snacks and desserts are also delicious, so I think I’m going to gain weight (lol) That’s the joy of it! 💗Let ‘s eat lots of seasonal foods and live happily💞And that’s it for today’s video!
