かぼちゃは柔らかいので、かぼちゃクリームと一緒に挟んでみました。

材料(6㎝8個分)
  薄力粉       220g
  ベーキングパウダー 小さじ2
  ブラウンシュガー  30g
  塩         小さじ1/4
   食塩不使用バター  100g
   (1~2㎝の角切り)
  卵         1個
  牛乳        適宜(卵と合わせて80ccにし、ほぐしておく)
  かぼちゃの種    適宜
  
  かぼちゃ      220g(半分は飾り用、半分はクリーム用)
  
  生クリーム     50㏄
  グラニュー糖    30g
