ゆであずき缶やあずきバーで有名な井村屋のアイスクリーム。表面は硬いが、まろやかなティラミス風のクリームの中にわらび餅がギッシリ詰まっていて、中心部に仕込まれている濃いほうじ茶ソースが良いアクセントになっている。
It’s an ice cream including the cakes made from a starch of bracken root, roasted green tea sauce and tiramisu cream.
