【米粉レシピ】簡単!基本の米粉100%蒸しパン|グルテングリー|卵・乳製品なし

We will make appropriate cuts. Put it in a pudding mold or a plate of an appropriate size. Fold outwards to prevent the dough from sticking. The mold is complete 👏 Pour 90cc of water into the bowl. If it is too cold, it will be difficult to expand, so please use lukewarm water in cold weather. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar. 1 tablespoon is moderately sweet. If you want it to be really sweet, add about 3 times as much. It’s ok to change to honey, oligosaccharides, and other sweeteners. . Add a pinch of salt 🧂 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix well until the sugar dissolves. Add rice flour. Use fine-textured rice flour for confectionery, or if you don’t have it, use rice flour for bread. This time I made it with bread rice flour “Mizuhochikara”. The material used this time is listed in the summary column. Mix well. It’s smoother than flour dough. Since we want to steam immediately after adding BP, set the steamer and let it boil. Add 1 teaspoon (4 g) of BP. Mix quickly. The fabric is ready. Pour into the mold.   1. 米粉蒸しパン パカッと膨らまないです。パン用の米粉に変え、ういろうよりましになったけど😂新しいベーキングパウダーに強火で蒸すなどいろいろ注意しましたが イマイチです。十分食べられますが、パカッと割れる米粉蒸しパンに憧れます
