So, I added four tablespoons of oats, 1 tbsp of chia seeds. Then I covered it with some soy milk. Then I peeled some carrots. You can also grate them. I wanted more texture, so I just peeled them and then added some cinnamon. And then bring to a boil. While this is cooking, we’re going to prepare the sauce. So, I just add some almond butter, soy milk, and sweetener, and then mix it to make this really nice and creamy syrup kind of. You can add more soy milk as you go to like adjust to the texture like you want. You want it to be like creamy like this. It’s just perfect. So, so good. When the oats are ready, nice and warm, you can put your sauce on top of it. This is just next level, you guys. You have to try this. It makes like every nut butter like so much better. It’s so good. You can do this with peanut butter also. And then I added some peacon, some almonds, walnuts, cranberries, and that’s it. You have your perfect fall breakfast. This is like one of my favorites. Look at the creaminess of this. Oh my god. There’s a few ways to do this. Um, sometimes I like to add some uh yogurt mixed with lemon juice on top to make it like a cream cheese kind of, which makes it more like carrot cake like. But this is so healthy, so good for you. So, you should definitely try this. Instead of regular like sweetener, you can also use maple syrup, which would make it so much more better, I think. But I didn’t have it. It deserves some improvement, I think. But it’s already so so good like this. Oh my god. You can have it with a latte or any drink you like. Let me know if you tried this.
