Hey guys, welcome back to 234 in Lacasa. So, I wanted to um show you all a brownie mix that you can buy in your grocery store that is excellent. I have tried my kids love brownies and so I have tried just about every brand of brownie mix there is on the market from Martha White to Duncan Hind. I think uh White Lily has a brownie mix. I’ve tried Dolly Parton. I’ve tried all sorts of brownie mixes and this particular one is by far one of the most excellent uh grocery store brownie mix finds that I have tried ever. And I make my brownies from scratch, too. And this this particular mix it I mean it ranks up there with with the brownies that I’ve even made from scratch. You can’t really tell the difference. You cannot tell that this is a this is a um a readymade powdered brownie mix. And so I’m going to share this with you guys. It is the um the Bob’s Red Mill brownie mix and it’s at my local local grocery store. And I’m going to just with a few tweaks, I’m going to show you how you can use this brownie mix and and have it tasting like homemade as well. But I’m telling you, this is spectacular. Okay, guys. So, this is the brownie mix. It is a 14 oz package of uh Bob’s Red Mill fudgy brownie baking mix. And on the back it has your directions. You’re going to use the entire package. And you’re going to want to start with an 8 by8 inch baking dish. It calls for two eggs, a half of a cup of melted butter or oil, 1 tbsp of water, and then of course the brownie mix. We’re going to go ahead and preheat our oven to 325°. [Music]
