Banana chocolate cake (raw vegan) ☆ バナナチョコレートケーキ

Ingredients:

For the base:
100g almonds
30g shredded coconut
30g maple syrup

For the filling:
100g cashew nuts
200g banana
200g water
50g dates
50g maple syrup
50g coconut oil
50g cacao butter
50g cacao powder

Instructions:

1. soak almonds overnight.
2. blend almonds, shredded coconut and maple syrup with a food processor.
3. put the mixture into a cake tin. push down the dough tightly.
4. blend all the ingredients for the filling with a high power blender.
5. pour the filling mixture in the cake tin.
6. leave it in freezer for at lease 4 hours.

メープルシロップ 50g

カカオパウダー 50g

「作り方」

1、アーモンドを一晩浸水します。
2、アーモンド、ココナッツフレーク、メープルシロップをフードプロセッサーにかけます。
3、ケーキ型に移し、押し固めます。
4、全てのフィリングの材料をハイパワーブレンダーで滑らかになるまで混ぜます。
5、ケーキ型に流し入れます。
6、冷凍庫で最低4時間以上冷やします。

  5. I am a vegetarian n I love vegan food but I notice it is rather troublesome to make many vegan food or dessert due to unfamiliar or substitutions over animal product….and sometimes it is not readily available too. My humble opinion.

  9. Shame as these cakes that use freezing to give them solidity are pretty useless unless you use it all in one go. Half thawing something every time you want some and re-freezing is not practical
