材料 15cmの丸型１台分
さつまいも（正味）300g
グラニュー糖 65g
塩 ひとつまみ
クリームチーズ 200g
卵 ２つ
生クリーム 200ml
コーンスターチまたは薄力粉 12g
【作り方】
１、さつまいもの皮を剥いて適当な大きさに切ります。
２、耐熱ボウルに入れてラップをし600Wで4分加熱します。
３、熱いうちにフォークやマッシャーで潰します。
４、グラニュー糖と塩を加えて泡立て器で混ぜます。
５、常温にもどしたクリームチーズを加えてさらに混ぜます。
６、卵を加えて混ぜます。
７、生クリームを加えてさらに混ぜます。
８、薄力粉をふるい入れて混ぜます。
９、クッキングシートを敷いた型に生地を流します。
１０、型を数回落として空気を抜き、170度に予熱したオーブンで50分焼きます
１１、ケーキクーラーに載せて粗熱を取ったら、ラップをして冷蔵庫で一晩寝かせます。

【For All Sweet Potato Lovers】How to Make Sweet Potato Cheesecake
Sweet potato season is here!
I made a cheesecake that takes sweet potato flavor to the max, so please watch until the end.

Ingredients (Makes one 15cm round cake)
Sweet potato (net weight) 300g
Granulated sugar 65g
Salt a pinch
Cream cheese 200g
Eggs 2
Heavy cream 200ml
Cornstarch or cake flour 12g
【Instructions】
1. Peel the sweet potato and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Place in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave on 600W for 4 minutes.
3. While still hot, mash with a fork or potato masher.
4. Add granulated sugar and salt, then mix with a whisk.
5. Add cream cheese (softened to room temperature) and mix further.
6. Add eggs and mix.
7. Add heavy cream and mix further.
8. Sift in all-purpose flour and mix.
9. Pour the batter into a pan lined with parchment paper.
10. Drop the pan a few times to release air bubbles. Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C (340°F), then reduce the temperature to 160°C (320°F) for 50 minutes.
11. Place on a cooling rack to cool slightly, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
