They are eggs to die for. Touch of oil. Butter into the pan. Open them up and into the pan again. From there, a nice season. Pepper, touch of salt, a little touch of chili flakes. Once you got that butter foaming, okay, roll the pan around and that foaming butter cooks the egg whites. I love the ends nice and crispy. I like all the white beautifully cooked. Now, this is where it goes up. A touch of Sriracha onto my egg of the woroo shusha sauce. And then from there, just turn the gas off. And the remaining heat in this pan will continue cooking those eggs. The base of my egg is nice and crispy. Delicious.

    それが難しい。
