Strawberry Overnight Oats Recipe:

1 cup fresh strawberries
1 3/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup coconut yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups quick oats
2 Tbsp chia seeds
3/4 strawberries, diced
Pinch of salt

Combine first 4 ingredients in a blender. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, pour the wet mixture on top and stir to mix. Let sit for a few minutes. Transfer to small glasses, cover and store in the fridge over night. Makes 3 servings.
