you’re going to want to make the strawberry cheesecake overnight oats all you need is oats chia seeds strawberries milk and strawberry jam mix that up and then for your topping you need Greek yogurt and some more strawberry jam divide the two mixtures into two jars and then top with some more strawberries cover and refrigerate overnight

A quick and easy, nourishing breakfast that you can whip up before bed, pop in the fridge and wake up to in the morning 🥹 the perfect start to your day 🫶🏼

INGREDIENTS (makes 2 servings)
– 100g Oats
– 20g Chia Seeds or Ground Flax seeds
– 100g (or more) Strawberries, cut into bite-sized pieces
– 250ml Milk of choice
– 20g Strawberry Jam

for topping:
– 200g Greek Yoghurt (Coconut Yoghurt works well too)
– 20g Strawberry Jam

METHOD:
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.
2. Divide into two jars or containers. Make sure the oats are covered in milk – if they’re not, add a splash more milk.
3. Mix together yoghurt & jam and divide between the two jars.
4. Top with more strawberries and refrigerate overnight.

TO MAKE HIGHER IN PROTEIN:
You can add 30g Vanilla or Strawberry Protein powder + 100ml extra milk if you like x
