Then I’m going to add my sugar till it completely covers the flour. And then I’m going to add some room temperature butter, cream cheese, and already beaten eggs, and some vanilla on top of that. I’m going to mix this on low speed for 3 minutes. And then on high speed for another 2 minutes. Once I’m confident that everything is well combined, I’m going to take this out, give it one final mix, and I’m going to put this in a pan.   1. Looks dry, I had to watch the video again to see what you had to do wrong and you always beat the butter and sugar, eggs first then you add cream cheese and Alternate with the flour. But you put everything in together so that's why your pound cake looks dry and is dry. And if any of y'all read this then decide to come for me in the comments for my opinion under a public video that came across my timeline that don't have anything to do with you I'ma shut you down.
