Healthy Breakfast- Egg Muffin with Ham and broccoli
um three ingredients what’s happening spot you so I’m gonna that we have to catch the air right here first [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] and I’m going to hold on it’s ready it turned out that it’s exactly 12 muffins so I was using six eggs like I think it was 2 cups of broccoli and 2 cups one and a half cups of sliced ham and it’s ready our oven is preheated so we can put it in the oven so we’re gonna bake it for two minutes [Music] delicious and healthy egg muffins so easy to pack for lunch and so healthy packed with protein and vitamins from the veggies protein from hand in hand delicious
