耳まで美味しいツナメルトサンドを作ってみました
圧着式ホットサンドメーカーでしっかり焼くと非常に美味しいです
[材料]
8枚切り食パン(2枚)
ツナ缶(1缶)
チェダーチーズスライス(1枚)
普通のスライスチーズ(1枚)
バター(適量)
塩コショウ(適量)
マヨネーズ(適量)
[レシピ概要]
1.水けを切った1缶のツナに塩コショウをふりマヨネーズとあえる
2.8枚切り食パンにバターを塗る
3.パンの片面にチェダーチーズスライスを1枚おく
4.パンのもう片面に普通のスライスチーズを1枚おく
5.中央部にツナペーストをのせる
6.サンドして軽く押さえる
7.圧着式ホットサンドメーカーにバランスよく置きフタを閉じる
8.弱火で両面3分ずつ焼く
9.焼き加減を確認し1分ずつ確認しながら好みの焼き加減に焼く
※圧着部分に焦げ目がつくくらい焼くと耳が凍ばしく美味しいのでオススメ
