How to Make Mini Salted Caramel Cheesecake – Thanksgiving Dinner Menu | Simply Bakings

hi guys today we will be making mini salted caramel cheesecake and since Thanksgiving is coming up four of my friends have come together to give you some ideas of what to bring for Thanksgiving or what to bake honey made apple cider cream pie soft made eggplant wrapped tofu Barber made pumpkin Yi and kobby made brussels sprouts let’s begin to make the crust you will need gr crackers and some butter mash it with a fork and it’s going to look similar to how I made my gr cracker crust so the pan I used was a mini cheesecake pan I got this at Amazon you get this I guess anywhere that sells pans and I placed 1 tbspoon of gram crackers in the tin and to even out the gram cracker crust I used a cap of an oil bottle and just flattened it out also if you like thicker crust go ahead and add 2 tbspoon of gram crackers so set this aside and let’s make the cream cheese so grab the cream cheese and make sure it’s room temperature and add it to the Bowl now this doesn’t look like it’s enough and I realized that after I started mixing so I added more later and I added the rest of the cream cheese and then I continue mixing it grab the sugar add it to the Bowl add the egg heavy whipping cream then add the caramel sauce I actually have a recipe of a caramel sauce in going to link it then after all the ingredients are in you’re going to beet it with a beater and you don’t want to over mix it just enough that it’s well incorporated then you’re going to add the cream cheese into the pans so the next step is optional in order for my cheesecake to look presentable I have to do the step um basically you’re just soaking the cheesecake in a pan of hot water so I’m covering the base of the pan with boil so no water will leak through and then I placed the cheesecake on top of this water pan and then I baked it for 350° f for 15 to 20 minutes if you think it’s not done it really is done I made some and left it in for 30 minutes and it didn’t look great so after you take it out of the oven you’re going to let it sit for at least an hour and notice me pointing to that cheesecake I was so excited I took it out and it collapsed so after an hour you’re going to remove the cheesecake from the Pan place the cheesecake on a serving plate and garnish it with some caramel sauce which I made my homemade one and then sprinkle some sea salt and that’s it thanks for watching guys don’t forget to head over to my friends channels and check out their yummy food bye guys [Music]
